Can Nanokeratin System be applied to hair that has undergone chemical treatments including straightening procedures?
Nanokeratin System can be applied to hair that has undergone any type of chemical treatment including straightening procedures – Your stylist will select product series appropriate for hair type.
Will the Nanokeratin System make my hair completely straight?
The Nanokeratin System is designed to work with your hairs natural texture so the result depends on your hair type. If you have unruly, frizzy hair, you will see a massive reduction in frizz and curls. If your hair is naturally straight, it will appear shinier and smoother. All hair types will gain strength and be more manageable but will NOT be completely straight
How long does the treatment take?
The Nanokeratin System treatment time varies depending on the length and type of hair. It can take approximately 60 minutes for short hair and 120 minutes for longer hair.
What happens if my hair reverts back to its original form?
If hair reverts back to its original form over the four days immediately following the treatment, use a blow dryer or a Titanium Flat Iron to ensure effectiveness of the treatment.
If I colour my hair, should I do this before or after treatment?
If colouring your hair, aim to do so before having the Nanokeratin System treatment performed. If this is not possible, wait at least two weeks until after the treatment to colour hair.
Can I use any shampoo and conditioner?
It is recommended that you use SALON RECOMMENDED home care products. All products MUST be SLS and Paraben free.
How often should the Nanokeratin System be undertaken?
You will see when the results start to fade out but it is approximately 3-6 months depending on the hair type.
